The CITY OF CHICAGO Zoning Department has chosen NOT to respond in a timely manner . . . WHY!?

What is the holdup!? Who is responsible for this delay!? Is it the Fourth Ward Alderman? If not, then WHO!?

Please give Room 43′s Norman Bolden an administrative adjustment and sign off on his parking! With the Zoning stamp, there should be no further excuses for the CITY OF CHICAGO to WITHHOLD the PPA.
